Gli anni '20....un decennio di innovazione e di emancipazione, la moda femminile è in piena trasformazione: la donna si libera definitivamente del busto che modificava e opprimeva la sua immagine, si taglia i capelli e inizia a portare gonne corte...elementi che fanno parte dei nuovi modelli femminili che prenderanno posizione come la garçonne (la "maschietta") e la flapper ("donna emancipata"). Sono gli anni del Proibizionismo, anni in cui nasce il divismo cinematografico, gli anni della moda trasgressiva e provocatoria che fa anche uso del make-up e dei profumi (precedentemente riservati solo a prostitute e attrici). Fu proprio in questo periodo infatti che Coco Chanel creò il famoso Chanel n°5 (nel 1921) e che il suo nome insieme a quello di Madeleine Vionnet cambiarono radicalmente il concetto di couture...Un'epoca affascinante che continua a catturare gli stilisti e ce ne possiamo rendere conto più che mai da molte sfilate delle collezioni autunno/inverno 2011/12.

Spiccano gli stivaletti con colori a contrasto, tonalità accese come azzurro, giallo, verde e rosso e particolari motivi animalier, la maggior parte con il tacco sagomato che è tornato molto in voga.

E per finire ho trovato molto esemplificative alcune immagini della nuova collezione di John Galliano, fatta di trasparenza, glitter, piume e particolari ornamenti sul capo che ci portano indietro nel tempo.
